In-Home IV Chelation Therapy

Chelation therapy is prescribed to treat acute iron overload. Chelation therapy infusions are typically continuous over a period of four to 12 hours and can be administered by IV or subcutaneously. IV chelation therapy allows you to receive intravenous treatment from the comfort of your own home.

Patients and family members can easily learn to administer chelation therapy with training from our skilled home infusion nurses. American Outcomes Management (AOM) provides one-on-one training and easy-to-follow, written educational materials.
