American Outcomes Management (AOM) has a team of dedicated professionals handling our referral management department. This team includes insurance specialists who can assist in verifying coverage for home infusion therapy and obtain the necessary pre-certification or authorizations for our services.

The AOM referral management team is experienced in transitioning members from other providers; we offer a streamlined referral process and seamless transition. AOM can accept most insurance, but in those circumstances where we can't, we'll help to find a suitable provider for you.
